Message Processing and Moderation
Xpriella may process guild messages, attachments, embeds, polls, and related data to provide XP, tasks, achievements, validation, moderation, anti-abuse, logging, and archiving features.
Guild administrators may configure rules that allow Xpriella to reject XP, deny task completion, flag content, delete messages, issue warnings, or take other configured actions.
Automated decisions may be imperfect. Guild administrators and moderators remain responsible for reviewing significant moderation actions and handling appeals where appropriate.
Users must not rely on Xpriella as an emergency, legal, safety, or law-enforcement service.
Guild Administrator Responsibilities
A person who installs, configures, or administers Xpriella represents that they have authority to act for the relevant guild.
Guild administrators are responsible for:
- Configuring Xpriella lawfully and in accordance with Discord policies;
- Informing guild members when logging, moderation, validation, archiving, or voice recording features are enabled;
- Enabling privacy-sensitive features only where appropriate;
- Limiting archives, logs, and recordings to suitable channels and retention periods;
- Managing dashboard, moderator, and administrative access;
- Reviewing reports, validation results, and moderation actions;
- Responding to member concerns and requests within their control;
- Preventing unauthorized access to data and configuration; and
- Removing or disabling features that are no longer required.
Administrators must not configure Xpriella to collect or retain more information than reasonably necessary.
We may disable a feature or suspend a guild’s access where we believe its use violates these Terms, Discord policy, applicable law, or the rights of others.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through Discord or Xpriella.
You grant Xpriella a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and process your content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate XP, task, achievement, validation, moderation, logging, archive, and recording features;
- Display content to authorized users within the relevant guild or dashboard;
- Secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
This license ends when the content is deleted from the Service, except where temporary backup retention or continued retention is legally required.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content or evidence you provide.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the relevant feature.
Feedback and Reports
You may submit feedback, support requests, or reports concerning Xpriella or its use.
You grant us permission to use feedback to maintain and improve the Service without compensation or obligation to you.
Users may report:
- Abuse or misuse of Xpriella;
- Violations of these Terms or Discord policies;
- Privacy or security concerns;
- Unauthorized access;
- Inappropriate task, archive, recording, or moderation use; and
- Technical issues or vulnerabilities.
We may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting features, suspending access, or notifying Discord or authorities where necessary.
Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive reports are prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Xpriella’s software, code, design, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from Xpriella except where expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
“Discord” and related marks belong to Discord Inc.
Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. This may include changes required by Discord, technical limitations, security concerns, legal obligations, or changes to the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Users and administrators are responsible for keeping copies of information they need. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by outages, configuration changes, moderation actions, Discord changes, or discontinuation of the Service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and Termination
Guild administrators may remove Xpriella from a guild at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Service where:
- These Terms, Discord policies, or applicable laws are violated;
- The Service is used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized manner;
- Access creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
- Required fees, if any, are not paid;
- Discord restricts or terminates the app’s access; or
- We discontinue the Service.
After removal or termination, associated data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including applicable retention and deletion periods.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will remain in effect.

- Your violation of these Terms, Discord policies, or applicable law;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights; or

This provision may not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the Xpriella Privacy Policy, which explains what information is processed, why it is used, how it is shared, how long it is retained, and how users may request access, correction, or deletion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the laws of the province or territory in which the Service provider is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled by the courts located in Canada, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights available under the laws of a user’s place of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Xpriella, Discord’s requirements, legal obligations, security practices, or business operations.
We will revise the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. Material changes may also be announced through the bot, dashboard, support server, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
